\nAwards are presented to Rookie Business of the Year\, Young Professional of the Year\, Tourism Business of the Year\, Volunteer (or Volunteer Project) of the Year\, Economic Development Impact Project\, Mike Harleman Arts and Entertainment Award\, William H. Bayer Lifetime Achievement Award and Business of the Year. \; \; \; \;

\nRookie Business of the Year
\nRecognizes a business that has demonstrated enthusiasm\, community spirit and excellent customer service and has committed to growing here in Carbon County. One year or less in business.
\nYoung Professional of the Year Award
\nHighlights a Carbon County Young Professional highly involved in \;CCEDC \;events and community programs. \;This person is making a difference in our community through engagement of their clients and community.
\nTourism Business of the Year \;
\nHonors a business that attracts guests and visitors to provide amusement\, recreation\, hospitality and/or culture. These businesses include: restaurants\, bed &\; breakfasts\, wineries\, driving ranges and eco-tourism. \;
\nVolunteer of the Year
\nOutstanding individual dedicated to supporting \;CCEDC \;and other community organizations. \;
\nEconomic Development Project \;
\nOutstanding economic development project designed to bring jobs and economic growth to Carbon County.
\nMike Harleman Arts and Entertainment Award
\nHonors an artist\, venue or entertainer that supports and gives back to Carbon County.
\nWilliam H. Bayer Lifetime Achievement Award \;
\nThis award is in honor of the late William H. Bayer for his dedication to the community. \;To acknowledge his \;commitment \;to the community\, the \;CCEDC \;presents this award each year to a \;CCEDC \;member that has demonstrated a lifetime commitment to our community. \;
\nBusiness of the Year \;
\nRecognizes a business that has demonstrated achievement and innovation in management\, workplace excellence and has committed to growing here in Carbon County.
