The eatery features Valentine's Day specials accompanied by live entertainment   Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. is Trick Stacy Duo\; Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. is Billy Bauer Duo\; and Monday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. is Pianist Joe Kenney. Menu specials include Appetizer "Birds of a Feather\," Slopeside's twist on Nashville Hot Chicken with Buttermilk Fried Quail\, Nashville hot sauce and pickles on a baguette. Special Entrees are Airline Chicken Breast with roasted potatoes\, sauteed squash\, 'love apples' and cherry tomato sauce\; Surf n' Turf\, Slopeside's twist on 'Beef Wellington' with a lobster tail\, roasted potatoes\, asparagus and a raspberry demi\; and Bruschetta Pappardelle with tomatoes\, garlic\, baby spinach\, basil and fresh ricotta.
