This trip is appropriate for ages 10 and older. Wildlands provides bike helmets\, bicycles\, canoes\, paddles\, and PFDs. You bring a lunch\, water shoes\, sunscreen\, a sun hat\, and your sense of adventure to explore the "Metro-Wilderness." Bathrooms are available at both Sand Island and Canal Park.
