2014 New Seasons Health & Information Fair
Co-hosted with BMHS Case Management Dept. and Carbon County Area Agency on Aging. Twelve hospital departments and 42 agencies and organizations from Carbon and surrounding counties present information and free screenings to New Seasons members 55 years of age and older. Cholesterol & Blood Glucose Screenings, Blood Pressure Screenings, Depression Screenings, EKGs (by appointment), basket raffles, door prizes and more! Flu Shots for people 18 years old and older (Photo ID and Insurance Card; Insurances will be billed. Please register at 610-377-7070.
