2014 Winemaker's Dinner with Galen Glen Wine at Mountain Valley Golf Course

Menu:  Welcome Wine: Crooked Stick White; First Course: Yellow Tomato Gazpacho with Basil and Charred Eggplant, Paired with: Gruner Veltliner.  Second Course: Lobster & Ricotta Crepe in a tarragon cream sauce, Paired with Stone Cellar Gruner Veltliner.  Third Course: Romaine & Endive Salad with Candied Pecans Pear Slices, Maytag Bleu cheese and House Vinagrette, Paired with: semi-dry Riesling.  Fourth Course: Oven-baked Halibut with a Pesto Crust accompanied by Sweet Potato Pancake and Roasted Asparagus, Paired with: Stone Cellar Riesling.  Fifth Course: Zabaglione with Fresh Fruit, Paired with: Raspberry. $70 per person + tax (gratuity included).
