2015 2nd Annual Chili Cook Off - A Free Event

It’s January, the decorations are down and the parties have ended.  What now?  Eat Chili.
Join the fun at Galen Glen Winery on Saturday, January 17^th from noon to 4pm.  This is a free event and you are the judge.  Taste and vote for your favorite chef’s chili.  We have chefs from all over the Lehigh Valley and Schuylkill and Carbon Counties. Everyone over the age of 21 will receive a sample of either Cellar Red or Chambourcin to pair with the chili.  Glasses of wine will be available for purchase for $4 for a 6oz pour.  If you want to throw your chefs cap into the ring of fire, email gruveegruner@galenglen.com for rules, prizes and entry information.  In the event of substantial snow, the chili cook off will be held, Saturday, January 24^th.
