2015 Health Fair
Come gather free information of the services availabile to you in our community. There will be, Rehabilitation Services, Home Health Care, Medical Equipment, Veterans Benefit Information, Department of Aging, and many, many more agencies will be offering information. Free services and screenings such as cholesterol testing, stress screenings and mammograms will be provided on site. Please pre-register for the mammography.
