2015 Living with Diabetes Seminar and Mini Fair

Susan Generose, Diabetes Educator at Blue Mountain Health System will speak about Diabetes and how to prevent and manage it for yourself or a loved one. A blood glucose screening will be offered. If you are a diabetic, please bring your meter to test its accuracy against the lab screening results. Information about nutrition, meters, insulin pumps, upcoming diabetes classes and more will be available. Refreshments will be served.
