Mr. Blaine R House was a beloved teacher at Towamensing Elmentary School in the Palmerton School District. He passed away in May of 2013. The mission of RTH is to provide financial assistance to students and families with in the Palmerton School District while honoring the memory of Mr. Blaine R House
