2015 Support Group for Caregivers of Chronically or Majorly Ill Adults

Caregivers of Adults
This support group has been created for any adult that is a caregiver. This can range from a parent of an adult child who has a chronic illness, a caretaker of a family member or young adult who takes care of disabled parents. The purpose of this group is to support caretakers while building lasting connections with others in similar situations. This group will give participants the opportunity to take time to assess their own needs in order to better help their loved ones.
July 15^th – August 12^th – September 16^th – October 14^th – December 16^th

The mission of Turn To Us, Inc. is to assist individuals and their families who are experiencing the impact of both major or chronic illnesses by connecting them with available resources in the community. We offer local support groups, personalized assistance based on needs, and illness specific research. We serve Carbon County and the Tamaqua area. The help is free and there are no financial, age, or specific disease requirements to qualify.
