2016 D&L Connectivity Project Ribbon Cutting
The D&L Trail Carbon County Connectivity Project is completed in East Penn Township and ready for use. The Project more safely and easily connects the trail over Rte. 895 with easier accessibility and crossing signs on the highway as well as an easier access to the trail heading towards Lehighton.
