2020 Carbon County Strong Day
Join us in celebrating Carbon County Strong Day, recognized by Federal, State and County officials. Governor Wolf announced that Carbon County, PA will move to the yellow phase Of COVID19 mitigation on Friday May 22, 2020. We will be celebrating the strength and perseverance of our community on Saturday May 23, 2020.
How to celebrate? Wear your Carbon County strong shirt (Available online at www.carboncountychamber.org) or any carbon county branded shirt you have (schools, businesses, etc) and post a photo of yourself using the hashtag #CarbonCountyStrong The purchase of every Carbon County Strong shirt supports local businesses.
CCEDC staff will have shirts available for sale at the Lehighton Farmers Market from 9 am - 12 pm. The proclamations will be presented at 10:30 am. All social distancing and CDC regulations will be strictly enforced.
All proceedings will be live steamed right here on Facebook. Shirts are $20 and available in sizes small - 3XL.
