2021 11th Annual Palmerton Scarecrow Displays Return

Palmerton Scarecrow Displays for the month of October

October 2021 will be the 11th year of the Palmerton community decorating with scarecrows. Banks, schools, restaurants, doctors offices, private residences, and many other businesses have participated in the past. This wonderful display helps attract visitors to view the autumn creativity of the Borough Of Palmerton. 

Starting October 1st, kindly display a scarecrow in front of your building or in your storefront window for the entire month. Be creative, and let your scarecrow showcase your business. For residential display, an ideal location is the front of your home. Please note, this is not a contest!

If a stand is needed, Contact Palmerton Lumber Company to make arrangements. A small fee will be charged, limited supplies remain!  Participants are encouraged to share photos of their displays on social media #PalmertonScarecrows to be featured on the Chambers’ Pages!
