Armed Forces Day Parade
Weissport salutes Armed Forces Day honoring local graduates of the United Military academies. Parade starts at 1:00 p.m. at the Weissport Park featuring LAHS Marching Band. Grand Marshal is Major General Jay Barry, Graduate U.S. Air Force Academy, Command Pilot, Civilian Pilot, Numerous Major Awards and Decorations. Refreshments sold by Jacob's UCC Church during and following the parade. Rain date is Sunday, May 21, 2023, 1:00 p.m. Sponsored by Jacob's Weissport Historical Society.
