Victoria Mavis is a speaker, author, and human resources (HR) professional, with a disability, who has owned her own HR consulting business, as well as been employed in Human Resources by private industry ranging from privately held companies to large international manufacturing corporations. She holds an MBA, is lifetime certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management, and is also certified as a behavioral specialist.
