Bring a mat if you have one - we will have a supply of kid-sized mats.

 

Introduce your little ones to the joy of yoga! Our Children’s Yoga classes are designed to promote movement, mindfulness, and relaxation in a fun, engaging environment. Classes are tailored to each age group, with all skill levels welcome. Activities may include singing, storytelling, games, breathing exercises, meditation, and yoga poses. Benefits include improved strength, balance, flexibility, motor skills, stress management, confidence, creativity, and concentration. Perfect for active, growing minds!
