Celebrating the Economic Transformation of the Poconos

The Economic Outlook Summit will be hosted by Kenneth Long, President of East Stroudsburg University. This year’s theme, Celebrating the Economic Transformation of the Poconos will include presentations on the economic resurgence underway in Carbon, Monroe, Pike, and Wayne counties in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship, tourism, infrastructure, and transportation. It will also feature the 2023 Pocono Economic Scorecard which includes data on Income/Wages; Employment; Business Climate; Housing; Healthcare; Arts, Entertainment and Recreation; and Education.

We invite you to join us as a partner of the 2023 Economic Outlook Summit by participating in one of several sponsorship opportunities. Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the Economic Outlook Summit Annual Entrepreneurship Scholarship which will be awarded to an innovative, and creative undergraduate student who demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset.

Lianna DeSantis, ESU Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, is coordinating the sponsorships for this year’s event. She can be reached at (570) 422-3179 or by email at ldesantis1@esu.edu.
