Join us for ninety minutes of learning, relaxation, and meditation. The sounds and resonance of Tibetan Singing Bowls will be soothing yet powerful for the mind, body, and soul.
We will start with an introduction to singing bowls. Jim will be bringing his singing bowl collection, offering a brief history, talking about their benefits, and demonstrating how to play them. Everyone will get to play various bowls.
Melissa will be assisting with a singing bowl meditation at the end. The benefits of sound are vast. Each participant will have a personal experience unique to them. We will be setting an intention at the beginning of the meditation, and letting the energy unfold.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay down during this practice and fully relax during the meditation at the end of the session. Please register at least twenty-four hours in advance.
