NEPA Inclusive Transition Academy Open Hous

NEPA Inclusive is hosting an Open House to talk about our Transition Academy Social Club. This club is designed to bring high school students with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities and/or Autism, ages 14 and up, together after school to socialize, make memories and develop lifelong skills!
